Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tripkeep iPhone app ("Tripkeep"), provided by bybowu LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Tripkeep, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Tripkeep on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which apply to this app. Where these Terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict, Apple's standard EULA governs for the license of the application itself.

Your photos and deletions

Tripkeep helps you organize and, at your explicit direction, delete photos. Deletion always happens through iOS's own confirmation dialog, and deleted items remain in Recently Deleted for 30 days. You are responsible for your own photo library and for reviewing what you choose to delete. We recommend keeping a backup (for example, iCloud Photos or another backup) as you would with any tool that can modify your library.

Tripkeep Pro subscriptions and purchases

• Tripkeep offers a free tier and a paid Tripkeep Pro upgrade, available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through Apple In-App Purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged on confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.
• You manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

Use Tripkeep only for lawful purposes and only with photos you have the right to organize. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

No warranty

Tripkeep is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bybowu LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Tripkeep. Because deletions pass through the system dialog and remain recoverable in Recently Deleted for 30 days, please use that window to recover anything removed by mistake.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
