Will Tripkeep delete my photos?

Only when you tell it to, and only through iOS's own confirmation dialog. Nothing is removed while you sort — left-swipes just build a "to delete" pile you review first. When you confirm, the photos go to Recently Deleted, where they stay recoverable for 30 days. You can also create an album and delete nothing at all.

I deleted something by mistake. Can I get it back?

Yes. Open the Photos app → Albums → Recently Deleted, select the photo, and tap Recover. Items stay there for 30 days after deletion.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open Tripkeep → Profile → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. Tripkeep Pro will re-activate.

How do I manage or cancel Tripkeep Pro?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tripkeep. There you can change plan or cancel. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I chose "Select Photos" instead of full access. Does Tripkeep still work?

Yes, but it can only see the photos you selected, so it may not detect all your trips. To let it find and organize everything, grant full access: Settings → Tripkeep → Photos → Full Access. You can change this at any time.

Why did Tripkeep group two different photos as duplicates?

Tripkeep's duplicate detection is a suggestion, never an action — flagged photos go to a pile you review before anything happens. If a suggestion looks wrong, just tap the photo to keep it. We keep tuning the detection to reduce false matches.

Does Tripkeep upload my photos or track me?

No. Everything happens on your device, nothing is uploaded, and there's no tracking. See our Privacy Policy.

I have a free-access or promo code.
